1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Golden List ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Golden List is a personal contact management application that helps you stay in touch with friends and family through customizable reminders and interaction tracking.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account or email to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (contacts, notes, interaction history). We store this data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use automated means to access the App without permission

6. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, missed reminders, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
