What We Collect
Golden List collects and stores the following data:
- Your email address and name (from Google sign-in)
- Contact names, phone numbers, and notes you add to the app
- Interaction history (when you contacted or skipped a reminder)
- Feedback messages you submit through the app
- Push notification subscription tokens (if you enable notifications)
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Golden List service:
- Managing your contact reminders and interaction history
- Sending push notifications when reminders are due
- Sending you feedback confirmation emails
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own data. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with Google OAuth.

- Resend — transactional emails
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete your contacts and interaction history at any time within the app
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
- Export your data by contacting us
